Hi there!

I am a psychologist Rokas Zemlickas. My journey into this profession began in my early teens when I had started discovering the complexities of human thinking, behaviour, and the mind. I immersed myself in literature exploring these themes, and my curiosity only deepened with time.

After finishing school, I embarked on a volunteer experience in Spain, working with individuals with disabilities. This transformative period was a turning point in my life. It was then that I realized my true calling: to pursue a career dedicated to serving others, offering support, and helping them navigate their challenges.

To add more, I like to delve into the existential questions of life through literature, reflections on meaning, the relationship with the environment and everyday life. Since childhood, nature has been more than just a backdrop—it has been a profound source of inspiration, serenity, and wisdom. I owe this deep connection to my beloved grandfather, to whom I am endlessly grateful. Alongside my love for nature, I find joy in physical activities and practices that nurture not only my body but also bring balance to my thoughts and emotions.

In individual counselling, I assist clients in addressing a variety of psychological challenges by employing evidence-based counselling techniques. Individual counselling can be seen as a process designed for individuals who may feel "stuck" in their difficulties and are seeking help to navigate toward meaningful solutions.

I approach each client with the understanding that every person is unique, shaped by their own experiences, history, and specific needs. Therefore, my counselling sessions are tailored to each individual, utilizing methods and strategies that are carefully adapted to align with their unique circumstances and goals.
